1. Products
Digital educational content: The AI Photoshoot Class and related materials.
2. Prices & Currency
Prices are shown in EUR. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not store card data. You must provide accurate billing information.
4. Delivery & Access Duration
Access to the purchased lesson is granted immediately after successful payment (or within 24 hours in exceptional cases) and remains available for 6 months from the purchase date.
5. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one user. Account sharing, resale, or redistribution of content is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
All content (videos, texts, designs) is owned by KOCHUKOVA Daria or licensed to us. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable, personal license to view for your own use. Any copying, recording, redistribution, or commercial use is forbidden without written permission.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Digital Content)
By obtaining immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge and expressly consent to the start of performance and waive your 14-day withdrawal right once access is provided.
At checkout we display the consent statement:
“I request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once access is granted.”
8. Refunds
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy below (3-day window if you have not logged in; once access is used, refunds are not possible).
9. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Website unlawfully, attempt to breach security, or infringe IP rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses; total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Jurisdiction: competent courts in Paris, France (without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their domicile law).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to digital content sold on https://museaistudio.com (e.g., The AI Photoshoot Class).
2. Standard Rule for Digital Content
When you request immediate access, you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once access is granted.
3. Goodwill Refund (Your Rule)
We offer a 3-day refund period only if you have not logged into the members area and have not accessed the content.

• If you have already logged in or accessed any lesson, refunds are not possible.
• To request a refund, email kochukova.daria@gmail.com from your purchase email with your order number.

4. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank.
